Rules For The Sale Of Goods Of The Internet Store "Baucenter" For Individuals
These Rules are developed in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Rules for the Sale of Goods by Remote Method, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.09.2007. № 612. Internet-shop "Baucenter" - a site with the address "baucenter.ru" (hereinafter referred to as the Site), where any Buyer can familiarize with the presented goods, their description and prices, place an Order for the selected goods with related services.
By ordering the goods through the online store "Baucenter", the Buyer agrees with these Rules for the sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), which is confirmed by affixing the sign "Ѵ" by the Buyer next to the link "Rules for the sale of goods through the online store" for each order.
The Buyer, when completing the Order, guarantees the Seller that has the necessary legal and legal capacity, necessary and sufficient for concluding and executing the contract of retail sale.

Registration and execution of the Order

The Seller is not responsible for the content and reliability of the information provided by the Buyer at registration.
The buyer undertakes not to disclose to the third parties the login and password specified during registration. In the event that the Buyer has suspicions regarding the security of his login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the Buyer agrees to notify the Seller immediately about this by sending an e-mail to orders@baucenter.ru
